• Minimum 10-15 years of experience with asset management and private debt/credit domain knowledge. Priority should be given to candidates with proven stakeholder management and IT collaboration experience.

• Previous work in business intelligence, data analysis, or IT support is desirable.
• Ability to diagnose complex data issues and implement effective solutions to optimize system/process performance.

• Commitment to ethical practices and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive data.

- Act as SME for Private Credit / Asset Management workflows
- Drive requirements across fund operations, trade closing, and settlement lifecycle
- Ensure solutions align with regulatory, operational, and reporting standards
Requirements & Product Delivery
- Lead requirement elicitation workshops with Front Office, Operations, Risk & Finance
- Produce BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner with Technology teams across sprint cycles (planning, grooming, UAT)
- Support SIT/UAT and manage defect resolution through go-live
Data & Process Excellence
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify process gaps and control enhancements
- Define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Map current vs. future-state workflows and drive automation initiatives
Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Communicate roadmaps, risks, and delivery milestones effectively
- Drive alignment between business priorities and technology execution
