The estimated base pay range for this role is $106,000 to $175,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws.
Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.

Responsibilities:
- Manage internal control and Title 31 audits from start to finish, including ongoing training of team members, accountability for meeting project deadlines, and communicating with clients.
- Provide both informal and formal performance feedback to all members of project teams.
- Coordinate with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners in planning, test procedures, and reporting.
- Oversee daily operations of the internal audit engagement. From staffing, planning, budgeting, risk assessment, fieldwork, and reporting
- Communicate internal audit findings and industry best practices to the client. Perform research based on client issues or questions.
- Address client concerns and resolve problems as they arise while communicating proactively and promptly
- Serve as an instructor in the firm, department training programs, and meetings
- Take part in and provide leadership in community, networking, and business development activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years' experience in a professional services firm or five+ years of private industry experience focused on appropriate technical area, plus three years in professional services
- Requires prior supervisory experience
- Experience with tribal and casino auditing
- Certification's relevant to the role's field of work and position is required (CPA)
- Travel up to 50-75% annually
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Training, support or consulting advisory experience preferred.
- Experience with compliance or professional standards associated with area of expertise desired.
