Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end consulting projects focused on patient analytics, including scoping, planning, and delivery.
- Analyze claims data to provide strategic insights, such as patient journey mapping, adherence trends, and segmentation.
- Oversee the development of Tableau dashboards and other visual tools to support client decision-making.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, or Healthcare Management).
- 6+ years of experience in US Pharma consulting, with a strong focus on patient analytics and claims data.
- Advanced expertise in Tableau for creating high-impact dashboards and visualizations.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing client engagements.
- Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Good to Have: Experience with Dataiku for advanced analytics and machine learning applications.
