About you
• Organized, ambitious self-starter who can work autonomously in ambiguous circumstances with a high sense of ownership and responsibility• Experience building or scaling product operations and/or building scalable processes in fast-growing environments• Strong orientation to simplify, clarify, and document processes and operations• Proven ability to translate complex ideas into clear action and build alignment across cross-functional teams via collaboration and a low-ego leadership style• Ability to communicate ideas with purpose, clarity, and authenticity• Analytical mindset with experience working with product metrics, customer feedback, and/or operational data• Ability to learn and adapt to new tools easily and efficiently• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, scrum, and kanban and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Tableau (or other BI tools), and Salesforce (or other CRMs)
