Team and Position Summary:

This team focuses on that and also, areas such as strategic portfolio acceleration, cross-segment tech enablement, tech talent experience (TTX), portfolio foundations and technology business operations. 

As a Program Manager, you will contribute operational activities engaged with the team which includes process enhancements, measurement and governance activities of efficiency & own/collaborate projects on behalf of the team to achieve scale & efficiency in day to day operations. 

You will contribute and perform dive deep into operational data to ensure ads are rendering as intended as well as to prevent bad customer experience by displaying right ads to the audience.  

 

 

What you’ll do

  • Program Oversight: Manage and oversee multiple programs within the Operations department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. 

  • Project Coordination: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely and successful completion of projects. 

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and facilitating communication among all parties involved. 

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on program performance, using key metrics and KPIs to measure success. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary. 

  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall program performance. 

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure programs stay on track and meet deadlines. 

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of project managers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. 

  • Budget Management: Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered within financial constraints. 

  • Compliance and Quality Assurance:** Ensure all programs comply with relevant regulations and standards, maintaining high levels of quality and accuracy in deliverables. 

 

 

What you’ll bring​ 

  • B.E. or B.Tech. degree in Computer Science or other equivalent stream 

  • Candidate with excellent articulation and communication skill set 

  • 8+ years of experience in Operations domain(Digital Marketing) 

  • Willing to work in rotational shifts, including EST hours
