What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
- Review and analyze SAP GTS enhancement requests to determine complexity and provide resource/cost estimates.
- Lead small SAP GTS projects as required as well as contribute as a team member in large cross functional projects.
- Develop project plans and be responsible for full project cycle from requirement gathering, SAP configuration, testing, training, cutover and post go-live support.
- Represent SAP GTS team and collaborate with other Solution teams on cross-functional efforts including assisting the Testing, Security, Business Adoption and Data teams as needed for deployment of new projects and continuous improvement activities.
- Manage, revise and maintain SAP GTS system solution documentation around process and configuration.
- Assist in developing the content for the end user training material. Train and transfer knowledge to other team members, users and stakeholders as required.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience; OR Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with SAP GTS configuration.
- At least 1 full life cycle SAP GTS HANA implementation project experience
- Business knowledge in Import/Export processes, Restricted Party Screening, Trade Preference processing, Bonded Warehouse, broker integration, and Import/Export compliance licenses and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with business and technical people alike
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to interact with various levels of management and matrix team in various geographical locations.
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
- Prior experience of at least 2+ full life cycle projects implementing SAP GTS HANA solution with integration to SAP ECC or S4 systems.
- Experience with SAP S4 SD configuration
- Business process knowledge, especially in Sales and Distribution and Inter-company area
- Management consulting experience preferred
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Commercial and supply chain area
