Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient First-Level Manager to lead a team focused on delivering innovative digital solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and Dynamics 365, coupled with proven experience in project planning and execution. This role requires a leader with exceptional communication, collaboration, and people management skills to drive team performance and ensure successful project outcomes.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals in delivering Microsoft-based solutions.
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of solutions using Power Platform, Azure services, and Dynamics 365.
- Foster a positive team culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and Dynamics 365.
- Strong project management skills with experience in Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
