Job Description

  • Review MEP design basis reports and ensure statutory approvals.
  • Coordinate clash-free designs across disciplines and vendors.
  • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
  • Manage shop drawings, approvals, and handover documentation.
  • Support planning and billing teams, track long-lead items, and ensure change management compliance.
  • Guide contractors and consultants during execution and commissioning.
  • Ensure compliance with approval conditions and project timelines.
  • Conduct training sessions for handover teams and manage closing reports.
  • Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works.
  • Excellent organizational and motivational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and observation ability.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities (English proficiency required).
