About the Role
Lumel is looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Manual Tester with 2–4 years of experience to join our growing QA team. The ideal candidate should possess strong logical and analytical skills, a passion for quality assurance, and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced product environment.
Experience with Power BI will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand product requirements and functional specifications.
- Create, review, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure product quality and usability across releases.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and QA discussions.
- Contribute to process improvements and QA best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Manual Testing.
- Strong logical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Experience in writing clear and effective test cases.
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-driven with a strong willingness to learn new technologies and domains.
Good to Have
- Experience working with Power BI.
- Exposure to data validation and reporting dashboards.
- Basic understanding of SQL or database testing.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
