Who you are:

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you are our creative and analytical mind. You are process-driven and enjoy making sure workflows are running smoothly. You will play an important role in defining and documenting the marking automation process and collaborating with other teams to develop and optimize dynamic customer segments. You’ll use your strong creative skills to create and evolve a marketing automation guidebook.  More than that, this role is about ensuring efficient and effective collaboration and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Own and manage Frost’s instance of BlueConic, including access management, segment creation, campaign creation performance monitoring, and collaboration with IT and Digital Services
  • Define and document marketing automation processes, workflows, and system integrations to drive efficient, scalable campaign execution
  • Collaborate with Line of Business marketing teams, our media agency PMG, and the Digital Marketing team to develop and optimize dynamic customer segments and automated campaign workflows
  • Monitor and refine campaign performance by adjusting workflows, segment logic, and nurture sequences to align with customer behaviors and journey stages
  • Serve as the point of contact for technical troubleshooting, ensuring integrations with platforms like Acoustic, Google Campaign Manager, and the Frost website are functional and efficient
  • Stay current on marketing automation platform updates and enable internal teams through training and documentation
  • Create and evolve a marketing automation guidebook and develop feedback loops to identify ongoing improvement opportunities
  • Partner with Digital Marketing leadership to evaluate tool performance, recommend enhancements, and plan for future automation investments
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and marketing automation tools such as BlueConic, Salesforce, Telium, Acoustic, Marketo, etc.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders
  • A strategic mindset with attention to detail and a process-driven approach to workflow optimization
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across IT, Digital Services, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of systems, data and campaign goals
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Experience building a marketing automation program from the ground up
  • Familiarity with data integration tools and campaign performance dashboards
  • A track record of driving measurable improvements in campaign efficiency and segmentation accuracy
