About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Lead with deep expertise in demand generation, events, and content marketing to drive pipeline and brand visibility. You will own end-to-end strategy and execution of marketing initiatives that generate high-quality leads, deepen client engagement, and support revenue goals.

This role requires both strategic thinking and tactical execution. You’ll collaborate across sales, partnerships, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and consistent delivery of impactful campaigns. You’ll be accountable for campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and event success metrics.

What You’ll Own & Drive🔹 Demand Generation & Campaigns

  • Own the strategy, planning, and execution of integrated campaigns across email, digital, and event channels to drive qualified pipeline
     
  • Manage HubSpot for end-to-end campaign workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and reporting
     
  • Create and optimize landing pages, CTAs, and campaign assets that drive engagement and conversions
     
  • Report on performance metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline attribution) and continuously optimize based on data insights
     
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure marketing efforts align with business development goals
     

🔹 Content Marketing

  • Develop and manage a persona-driven content strategy that supports every stage of the buyer journey
     
  • Write and edit compelling content including blogs, newsletters, case studies, guides, and whitepapers
     
  • Maintain the editorial calendar and oversee content contributions from internal stakeholders and external partners
     
  • Amplify content through email campaigns, social media, and third-party syndication channels
     
  • Repurpose research insights, webinars, product updates, and events into engaging thought leadership content
     

🔹 Events & Conferences

  • Own event strategy, including planning and execution of industry conferences, client roundtables, webinars, and partner events
     
  • Lead end-to-end event logistics including booth experience, speaker coordination, promotional materials, and lead capture
  • Build pre- and post-event campaigns to maximize engagement and ROI
     
  • Partner with sales for on-site support and follow-up workflows to convert leads into opportunities
     

🔹 Sales Enablement & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Deliver sales enablement tools including pitch decks, battle cards, product one-pagers, and messaging frameworks
     
  • Work closely with sales and partnerships teams to align on messaging, ICP personas, and campaign timing
     
  • Partner with product marketing to translate technical features into client-centric benefits
     
  • Foster collaboration across departments to ensure marketing efforts are well-coordinated and aligned with business goals

What You Bring

  • 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS, fintech, or investment management (or a related industry such as research, data, or analytics providers)
     
  • Demonstrated success in demand generation, event marketing, and content creation
     
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation tools) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
     
  • Outstanding writing and storytelling skills with a sharp eye for messaging and tone
     
  • Proven ability to manage multi-channel marketing campaigns with strong analytical and reporting skills
     
  • Skilled in event strategy, logistics, and post-event engagement workflows
     
  • Self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
     
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution
     
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • Knowledge of institutional asset management (asset managers, private equity, hedge funds)
     
  • Experience with Wordpress, Canva, or Figma for light design and web updates
     
  • SEO and content syndication experience to increase organic reach and authority
     
  • Webinar production and virtual event management skills
  • Have learned and deployed LLM applications in marketing playbook

Salary range: 95k - 125k base + incentives and equity options
