Banyan is actively seeking a Marketing Operations Analyst to join our Chennai Tech & Data team. This role focuses on managing and enhancing the marketing technology stack, including Google Analytics, advertising platforms, and email outreach tools. You'll collaborate closely with our onshore team in Canada/US, ensuring the smooth operation of marketing systems and campaigns. This opportunity is ideal for marketing operations professionals passionate about data-driven strategies, problem-solving, and startup-like environments that foster innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Marketing Technology Management

    • Manage and troubleshoot Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing tools.
  2. Campaign Analysis

    • Analyze and report on marketing campaigns using Google Analytics to deliver actionable insights.
  3. Tool Implementation & Optimization

    • Set up and optimize tools for campaign tracking, email automation, and performance monitoring.
  4. Quality Assurance

    • Test tracking mechanisms and campaign setups for accurate data collection.
  5. B2B Campaign Support

    • Support account-based marketing (ABM), lead nurturing, and performance tracking for B2B channels like LinkedIn Ads.
  6. Documentation & Training

    • Create and maintain detailed documentation and train team members.
  7. Process Improvement

    • Enhance workflows and processes for team efficiency.
  8. Strategic Collaboration

    • Collaborate in Agile ceremonies to align marketing operations with business objectives.

Required Skills

  • Marketing Tools Expertise:

    • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations/analytics.
    • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, advertising platforms, and email marketing tools.
    • Google Analytics certification preferred.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills:

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
    • Proficient in Agile tools like JIRA/Confluence.
  • Communication & Leadership:

    • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
    • Proven ability to work independently and lead tasks.
  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, data science, or related fields (preferred).

Working Hours

  • Overlap with EST: 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm IST (3-4 hours).
