Support marketing operations by managing HubSpot database hygiene, building and executing outbound email campaigns, segmenting audiences, maintaining MQL pipelines, producing performance dashboards/reports, auditing and enriching prospect data (ZoomInfo), and managing recurring tasks and documentation.
Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented candidate with strong administrative and marketing operations capabilities, and a curiosity and eagerness to learn. This role will support the Marketing Team by maintaining HubSpot database hygiene, managing MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) deal pipelines, creating outbound marketing email campaigns, and monitoring campaign execution through reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, building, testing, and scheduling quarterly outbound campaigns
- Segment contacts and build audience lists for campaigns
- Identify growth opportunities in HubSpot to increase lead engagement and conversion
- Maintain overall HubSpot database hygiene in real-time
- Prepare and update dashboards and reports for growth partners to report on prospect activity and progress (sales, BD, leadership, partner sellers)
- Generate weekly sales and marketing performance reports (pipeline health, campaign activity)
- Monitor SLA adherence (response times, task completion, follow-ups)
- Build and maintain ICP-aligned prospect lists
- Regularly audit and deduplicate contact/account records and maintain data sync accuracy across platforms
- Utilize ZoomInfo to clean, enrich, and segment prospect data into precise audience lists for targeted marketing initiatives
- Maintain shared documentation of workflows and processes
- Manage recurring tasks with consistency and reliability through ClickUp
- Assist with research projects, list building, and data cleanup
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years in a Sales Ops or Marketing Ops role (preferably in SaaS)
- Mandatory to have an MBA degree or a college pass-out from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 University
- Experience with HubSpot CRM and any AI tool experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Close attention to detail and a process-driven working style
- Ability to draft email templates for campaigns
- Ability to manage high-volume recurring tasks while managing shifting priorities
- Basic analytics/reporting background
