About the role

Join us as a Field Marketing Performance Analyst and help us unlock the full potential of our marketing campaigns.In this role you will be monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of our marketing campaigns. This role will work closely with Global Field and Partner Marketing teams, ensuring that all campaigns are tracked accurately, lead routing is optimized, and attribution is clearly captured. You will be responsible for post-production funnel monitoring, campaign performance analysis, and quality assurance, helping to ensure data integrity and alignment with KPIs.

What you'll doFunnel Monitoring & Lead Routing:

  • Post-Production Funnel Monitoring: Oversee the post-production marketing funnel, ensuring that all stages (from Responses to MQLs, meetings, and pipeline stages) are accurately tracked and reported.
  • Lead Routing: Ensure that leads are correctly routed based on predefined criteria, and monitor the accuracy of lead routing assignments. Ensure the timely assignment of MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads), work with Sales Ops if leads are not routed correctly.
  • Lead Scoring Accuracy: Ensure that MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) scores are calculated correctly and align with campaign objectives.

Funnel Credit & Attribution:

  • Attribution & Funnel Credit: Investigate and help marketing ops assign appropriate credit for MQL and meetings activities generated by campaigns, ensuring transparency in attribution and funnel credit.
  • Deal Registration (DR) Tracking: Monitor Deal Registration (DR) accounts and ensure they are part of relevant channel marketing campaigns. Ensure that DR accounts are tracked in alignment with campaign objectives.

Campaign Analysis & QA:

  • Campaign Analysis: Analyze campaign results and measure performance against target KPIs (e.g., INQ, MQL, meetings). Identify discrepancies and investigate the reasons for any performance gaps.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity is maintained when leads are uploaded into Marketing Automation & CRM systems. 
  • Quality Assurance (QA): Conduct regular quality assurance checks on campaign data, ensuring that all metrics such as INQ (Inquiry), MQL, and Meeting counts are correctly tracked and reported.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Campaign Managers to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Campaign Updates & Issue Resolution: Provide timely updates to stakeholders on campaign performance, potential issues, and resolution progress.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline workflows across global teams. Drive continuous improvements to reduce inefficiencies and enhance campaign effectiveness.

SWAG Management & Inventory:

  • Oversee the management of marketing swag and inventory related to campaigns and events, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and tracked for future use.

Experience you'll need

  • Has 3-4 years of experience in marketing performance analysis, marketing operations, or campaign management, ideally within a B2B environment.
  • Strong experience in campaign performance analysis, with the ability to identify discrepancies between target KPIs and actual performance.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools to interpret campaign data
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of CRM systems like Salesforce and how to manage lead data within these platforms.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality assurance in campaign execution.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
