As Wati continues to scale rapidly, we're looking for a data-driven and strategic Marketing Specialist to join our team and contribute to our rapid expansion.

Job Summary

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. You will leverage data analytics to ensure efficient budget allocation and maximize ROI across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other performance marketing channels.
  • Optimize PPC campaigns by continuously analyzing performance metrics and implementing A/B tests.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad targeting strategies for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign data to drive insights and improve marketing efficiency.
  • Manage budget allocation and ensure cost-effectiveness of all campaigns.
  • Implement and track conversion tracking, attribution models, and performance KPIs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Identify growth opportunities through data-driven experiments and growth hacking techniques.
  • Develop and execute viral growth strategies to increase brand awareness and user acquisition.
  • Implement marketing automation and lifecycle marketing strategies to improve customer retention and engagement.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to optimize campaign performance and improve marketing efficiency.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Expertise in managing PPC campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page optimization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, A/B testing, and marketing attribution models.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of WhatsApp marketing and automation tools is a plus.
  • Experience with AI-powered marketing tools to optimize campaigns and improve efficiency.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling and high-converting ad copies.
  • Experience in growth marketing strategies, including funnel optimization, referral programs, and viral loops.
  • Ability to analyze customer journey and implement strategies to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
