As a Marketing Associate within the Card Marketing Activation and Transformation team, you will execute and develop creative credit card acquisition tactics. You will play a crucial role in seamless campaign execution, focusing on customer experience and strategic direction.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute and gain approvals for credit card marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage project workflows and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop efficiencies and deliver results in campaign execution.
- Focus on customer experience and acquisition strategies.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 5+ years of experience in campaign management, marketing, advertising, or media.
- Proficient in using campaign management workflow tools.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

- Experience with end-to-end campaign delivery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
