Marketing Technology Manager

At Trimble, we're transforming the way the world works. Our Marketing Technology Product Management team seeks passionate marketing operations professionals to join us in evolving our marketing technology stack and optimizing processes for increased efficiency.

This role will play a key part in the evolution of our marketing technology stack and optimization of related processes. The Marketing Technology Manager will manage and maintain our suite of marketing technologies while driving innovation and efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing automation, marketing platforms, data management, and a passion for emerging marketing technologies.

• Manage and maintain the marketing technology stack, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and related technologies.

• Develop and implement marketing operations processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all marketing systems and databases.

• Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT.

• Be an important stakeholder in the evaluation and implementation of new marketing technologies and tools.

• Develop and maintain documentation for marketing operations processes and systems.

• Provide training and support to marketing team members on marketing operations tools and processes.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, technology, business or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related role

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, international teams.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with data management and analysis.

• Knowledge of marketing best practices and trends.

• Demonstrated experience in large-scale marketing technology transformation projects.

• Proficient in leveraging AI to enhance marketing operation processes.

• Experience in Salesforce Data Cloud
