Major responsibilities:

 

1. Classification - Making packages of material numbers. Distributing the packages within   

     the group for working. Working on packages.

2. Quality Check Program - Checking material numbers with tool CheckMara program

     monthly / quarterly for material numbers created by KSB colleagues globally. Assigning

     MDSC issues to respective MDM coordinator worldwide to solve it.

3. Duplicate analysis – Finding duplicate material numbers weekly created by KSB   

    colleagues globally & assigning MDDC issues to respective MDM coordinator to solve

    it.

4. Check Class Programme – Checking material numbers with CheckClass program

    bimonthly for material numbers created by KSB colleagues globally. Assigning MDSC

    classification issues to respective MDM coordinator to solve it.

5. WSZ creation – To create new WSZ as per request.

 

 

6. MDR Tickets - Working on MDR tickets. To avoid and check back-log and to organize within

 

   MDM group. To train for good quality of ticket processing. 

 

7. Training of new colleagues - Providing training material & schedule as per  training

    plan. Giving demonstrations & training.

 

 

8.  Meeting preparation & making Minutes of Meeting - Discussion about running projects.

    Discussion about quality problems if any of KSB Tech. Discuss corrective & preventive

    actions to avoid errors.

 

9. Creating training handbooks - Understand the tasks & create the handbooks for

     working on new projects or changes in working methods.

 

10. Different projects – Working on small projects independently from concept to realisation.

 

      Participation in global projects as per the need.

Requirement profile: 

 

Formal education:                  Diploma  in Mechanical Engineering

 

 

Professional experience:       > 10 years ( 3 years in specific environment )

 

In years:

 

 

Defined competencies:           Proficiency in MM module of SAP  and MDM-rules                                  

                                               Organisation of MDM at KSB AG

                                               Willingness to teach & guide others

                                    

                                               Good communication skill

                                               Target oriented

                                               Customer focus
