What We'll Bring:
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobility Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecture, design, and working with implementation and operational teams leveraging Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager and other tools as needed. This individual will work to ensure seamless mobile device management (MDM), mobile application management (MAM), and security compliance across the organization. This individual will maintain the scope of all mobile devices and supporting MDM/MAM toolsets. This role includes working with both company owned as well as BYOD devices utilized across a Global Environment. This candidate requires a deep understanding of Intune, mobile device platforms, and enterprise mobility and security management
What You'll Bring:
The team is responsible for the architecture, design, and interaction with implementation and operational teams managing End-User mobility solutions. These teams work to ensure seamless mobile device management (MDM), mobile application management (MAM), and security compliance across the organization for our end-users. This role requires a deep understanding of Intune, mobile device platforms, and enterprise mobility and security management. This team will strive for continuous improvements within the domain to bring efficiency and consistency across a Global Footprint. • Architect, design, assist with implementation, and provide 4th level support for mobility solutions to meet our clients' needs • Manage and configure Microsoft Intune for mobile device and application management, including device enrollment, configuration profiles, and compliance policies. • Develop and implement security protocols and policies in collaboration with HR and the Security team to ensure data protection and compliance. • Monitor the Intune environment, ensuring optimal performance and addressing any issues or vulnerabilities. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for systemic Intune-related issues, working closely with IT support teams and end-users. • Create and deploy application protection policies, conditional access policies, and application configuration policies for iOS, Android, Windows, and Mac devices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Intune with other enterprise systems and applications. • Stay updated with the latest Intune features, updates, and best practices to continuously improve the mobility management strategy.
Impact You'll Make:• 7+ years of technical experience including experience in technical architecture. • Proven experience in mobile device and application management, with a focus on Microsoft Intune, and Apple Business Manager. • Extensive knowledge of enterprise mobility expense management tools (Mobility Central or similar) • Extensive knowledge of enterprise cellular carrier management including managing mobile spend, line and contract optimization, mobile device ordering, and device lifecycle management. • Strong knowledge of operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows, Mac) and their integration with Intune. • Experience with Azure Active Directory, conditional access, and mobile application management. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
