Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
System Implementation & Support
- Configure, deploy, and maintain MES applications across production lines.
- Integrate MES with ERP, PLM, and shop floor equipment using AIM's automation framework.
- Troubleshoot MES-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
Process Modeling & Optimization
- Design and maintain factory models, process flows, and equipment configurations.
- Implement process version control and scalable policy modeling.
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Data Management & Reporting
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, SSRS, or Tableau.
- Ensure accurate real-time data collection and visualization for WIP, quality, and inventory.
Quality & Compliance
- Support quality control initiatives including OCAP, SPC, and defect tracking.
- Ensure MES compliance with industry standards (e.g., SEMI CIM Framework).
- Maintain audit trails and validation documentation.
Collaboration & Training
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality, and IT.
- Provide training and documentation for MES users and administrators.
- Participate in change management and deployment planning.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in MES implementation and support, preferably with AIM Systems or similar platforms.
- Experience in manufacturing environments, especially semiconductor, LCD, or assembly industries.
Special Knowledge & Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in MES implementation and support, preferably with AIM Systems or similar platforms.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- Normal amount of sitting or standing, average mobility to move around an office environment and assembly plant, able to conduct normal amount of work at a computer.
