Create and animate advanced 2D and 3D motion graphics for animation and motion design projects. Develop conceptual, technically sound visual solutions while applying strong design, typography, composition, color, and form skills. Collaborate with teams and clients, meet deadlines, follow design standards, and adapt to animation pipelines, post-production workflows, and proprietary software.
Job Requirements / Must Haves
We are looking for artists with a desire to push boundaries and influence the field of motion design. Ideally you would have:
- Showreel demonstrating advanced working knowledge of designing and animating 2D and 3D motion graphics.
- Highly proficient in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong design skills with a good eye for detail, scale, composition, colour and form.
- A sound knowledge of typography and photography.
- Flexible attitude with the ability to think conceptually, technically and strategically.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines and design standards.
Additional Skills / Nice to Have
- Previous experience working in an animation pipeline.
- Experience using traditional 2d animation software such as Toon Boom Harmony or TV Paint
- Basic knowledge of Nuke, Houdini, Maya, Blender or Zbrush.
- Drawing skills and supporting artwork such as a portfolio.
- Illustration, installation, branding, print and packaging design.
- Familiar with high-end post production pipelines and MGFX project workflows.
