Responsibilities:
- Lead team and focus in WET/CMP process and defect problem solving.
- Lead team and focus in WET/CMP path expansion and MXT to drive higher manufacturing output.
- Handling new generation transfer and network task force.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Familiar with WET/CMP process and provide the lesson learnt for defect reduction.
- Well know the Path expansion and Transfer required skill.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor degree
- E4 above for M1, E3 above for E4L hiring.
- More than 5 years in PH process
