About the Opportunity: 

Education : B.E / B.Tech / MCA

Experience : 12- 15 Years

  • Leverage knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns to write software in a full-stack(Java, Sprint Boot, Node, React) web environment.
  • Leverage relevant software development experience to radiate best practices and faster development.
  • Deep technical understanding in a specific technology layer or area of the product, providing effective code reviews and technical feedback.
  • Effectively manage up to 6 direct reports through mentoring and coaching.
  • Develop and guide the career paths of direct reports.
  • Provide input to create staffing plans with departmental leadership.
  • Be an agent for change, at both the team and departmental level.
  • Foster a culture of learning and growth.
  • Work with Architect, Own and Drive Tech Dept, Code Quality and all NFRs (QE, Tech, performance, scalability , dynatrace, resource rightsizing ), Security vulnerability remediation, Framework development
  • Drive atleast two teams end to end delivery & Roadmap with product vision
  • Measure and practice continuous improvement
  • Drive OKR, Planning , Estimation, Budgeting & Mentoring Leads
  • Increasing business value proposition and ensuring cost optimization
  • Non Labour cost monitoring and tracking in collaboration with Architects
  • Team building activities, conducting monthly 1-1 with team members and Evaluation on Happiness Index.
  • Contribution to Org wide goals , Evangelise team activity, Tech forums, and Community
  • Be an SME for the project, Run the end to end delivery, Work with EA, Architect , Devops Data Team to achieve the goal
  • Setup Goals for the team and regular One on Ones, Setup and monitor progress for the Resources focus on Career path
  • Associate will serve as a dedicated member of our development Team.
  • Drive conversations with managers, other developers, Quality Assurance, Business Analysts. Client Service Representatives and clients to understand requirements and demonstrate progress
  • Creative problem-solving ability, allowing the individual to identify solid solutions to challenging business issues
  • DESIGN, Develop and test new system capabilities, including: web UI, REST API, Microservices, serverless components, cloud native 
  • Document and communicate technical designs, standards and processes as needed
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs and deployment issues
  • Must be an excellent verbal and written communicator
  • Must have a positive attitude and be a self-starter who is willing to work independently and learn
  • A passion for success and willingness to go above and beyond to accomplish goals
  • Work on an agile team with both onshore and offshore team members to help plan, implement and support enterprise web applications
  • Perform unit and integration testing to ensure application quality
  • Continuously enhance skills by learning and applying relevant technologies and patterns
  • Active Participation in Interview process
