Job Description Summary:

Responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and updating software applications. Evaluates, schedules, and resources development projects. Investigates and analyzes user needs. Writes, tests, and maintains computer programs, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis. Plans, develops, and implements website and ecommerce applications, and prepares systems documentation. Researches, develops, and implements of artificial intelligence and machine learning into the organization's infrastructure and processes. Performs development, programming, and configuration of internal end user applications. Designs and specifies the overall software structure, core elements, and properties by analyzing the software requirements, constraints, interfaces, and dependencies. Updates or enhances existing software capabilities.

What You Will Do:

As a Technology Fresher, you will begin your career in software development and IT solutions, gaining hands-on experience with modern technologies and working on real-world projects. This role is designed to build a strong foundation in programming, problem-solving, and system integration.

• Software Development: Develop, test, and maintain high-quality applications in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Technology Exposure: Work with teams on coding, debugging, automation, and data engineering.
• Skill Set: Work with Java, Python, Angular, and cloud platforms to deliver scalable solutions.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in skill development programs to enhance coding, debugging, and automation capabilities.

What You Will Need:

Strong understanding of programming fundamentals (Java, Python preferred).

Familiarity with concepts in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) is highly valued, basic knowledge of algorithms, data preprocessing, and model building.

Exposure to AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or scikit-learn will be considered an advantage, as these skills are increasingly important in modern technology solutions.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

B.E or B. Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with strong foundations in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence (AI), LLM and Machine Learning.

Applicants must maintain a minimum CGPA of 8 with their academic tenure. Internships or academic projects in software development are a plus.
