As a Software Engineering - Developer at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Your work will play a critical role in our business offering, your code will deliver value to our customers faster than ever before, and your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be critical in ensuring the success of our products.
Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it.
As a valued member of our team, you will provide work estimates for assigned development work, and guide features, functional objectives, or technologies being built for interested parties. Your contributions will have a significant impact on our products' success, and you will be part of a team that is passionate about innovation, creativity, and excellence. Required Technical and Professional Experience

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years in IT, with 5+ years in senior consultant any other equivalent roles.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical strategies.
• Build migration roadmaps, playbooks, and high-level architecture diagrams.
• Present complex concepts in clear, simple terms.
• Define and implement migration methodologies (assess, plan, cutover, staged, hybrid, coexistence).
• Utilize third-party migration tools (Quest, BitTitan, SkyKick) and assessment utilities.
• Address coexistence challenges (directory sync, free/busy, Teams/mail flow).
• Manage Exchange Online and/or Exchange Server (2016/2019).
• Configure mailbox provisioning, permissions, delegation, mail flow, connectors, and address policies.
• Oversee distribution groups, shared/resource mailboxes, and hybrid deployments.
• Design and manage identity strategies (cloud-only, hybrid, federation/ADFS).
• Integrate with Azure AD/Entra ID, including hybrid identity models (AAD Connect, PTA).
• Implement security and compliance frameworks: DLP, sensitivity labels, conditional access, RBAC, eDiscovery, audit logs, anti-spam/malware, DMARC/DKIM/SPF.
• Configure Outlook (Windows, Mac, Mobile), OWA policies, and Intune integration for mobile device management.
• Architect high-availability Exchange solutions (DAGs, performance tuning, monitoring).
• Automate provisioning, reporting, and policy enforcement using PowerShell and Graph API.
• Integrate Exchange with Microsoft Purview, Defender for Office 365, and SIEM tools.
• Manage user, group, and device lifecycle; implement RBAC and permissions delegation.
• Deploy authentication models (password hash sync, PTA, federation, cloud-only).
• Implement MFA, password less authentication, Conditional Access, and identity protection.
• Integrate SaaS apps via SAML, OAuth2, OIDC; manage hybrid identities with Entra Connect.
• Design Zero Trust architectures, multi-tenant governance, and privileged identity management.

Required Technical and Professional Experience

• Having Microsoft Certifications on M365 such as MS-102 (Enterprise Administrator Expert), SC-300 (Identity & Access), SC-400 (Information Protection), MS-700 (Teams), MS-203 (Messaging), Azure Solutions Architect Expert AZ-305,  MD-100, MD-101, MS-100, MS-101, MS-500,  is added advantage.
