As a Software Engineering - Developer at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Your work will play a critical role in our business offering, your code will deliver value to our customers faster than ever before, and your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be critical in ensuring the success of our products.
Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it.
As a valued member of our team, you will provide work estimates for assigned development work, and guide features, functional objectives, or technologies being built for interested parties. Your contributions will have a significant impact on our products' success, and you will be part of a team that is passionate about innovation, creativity, and excellence. Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 10 years in IT, with 5+ years as a consultant or equivalent.
• Deep consulting expertise in Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management, Intune, Azure AD/Entra ID, and AVD.
• Experience with third-party migration tools (Quest, BitTitan, SkyKick, Manage Engine).
• Strong issue-based consulting skills, good communication, and mentoring skills.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams.
• Expertise in Azure Active Directory / Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager for device compliance and app deployment.
• Experience in migration from legacy environments (SCCM, Citrix, VMware Horizon) to cloud-based platforms.
• Strong grounding in security and compliance frameworks (DLP, Sensitivity Labels, Information Protection).
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Graph API scripting.
• Familiarity with Windows 11, Office Apps deployment, and updates.
• Skills in training, user adoption programs, and feedback loop creation.
• Microsoft 365 Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Microsoft Graph API, Azure OpenAI Service
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Purview, Defender for Endpoint/Cloud Apps
• Windows 11 / Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise
• Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager), Edge & Bing Chat Enterprise
• Optional: Graph Connectors, Power Platform, Azure Services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management)
• Solution design for AVD, multi-session/single-session architecture, FSLogix profile container design.
• Image management (Azure Image Builder, Shared Image Gallery).
• Assessing Citrix/VMware Horizon workloads, mapping application delivery to AVD.
• Network & bandwidth planning (Azure Virtual Network, ExpressRoute, VPN).
• Cost optimization, VM sizing, scaling plans, reserved instances.
• Support tooling: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Diagnostics.
