We are looking for a Middle UX Designer to join our product team part-time. You will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences, working closely with Product Managers, Developers, and UI Designers. Your role will involve understanding user needs, designing workflows, and improving overall usability across our digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research and gather requirements to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Collaborate with UI designers to ensure visual and interaction design alignment.
  • Participate in usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation quality.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in UX design.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
  • Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
  • Experience conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing.
  • Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
  • Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with design systems and component libraries.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for better collaboration with developers.
  • Experience in analytics and A/B testing to inform design decisions.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
