Manage procurement of rates from airlines, coordinate RFQ submissions, support sales enquiries, generate leads, and manage customer relations.
- To Manage Procurement of Rates from Airlines / Agents and co-ordinate with all in concern for RFQ Submission.
- To procure Rates & and accurately submission for Spot shipment Rate Enquiries
- To support local call in customer enquiries and pass on to Sales Team.
- To create a Customer code and setup a credit terms.
- Managing internal & customer compliant relations to sales.
- Customer call to generate sales and sales leads.
- Support incoming salesleads to generate sales.
- Close sales enquiries from local and overseas office.
- To support assigned sales Personnel in generating quotation into the system for all the business closed.
- To support to close the other location secured quotation in system
- To Manage presentation materials for Sales Team.
- To qualify all Sales Leads and market intelligence from Product Managers and promote to Sales Team.
- Assist the DM in sales procurement.
