Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and technically savvy AI Video Specialist / Motion Designer who can conceptualize, produce, and deliver high quality videos using AI-driven tools (e.g. Gemini Veo 3 or similar). This role goes beyond traditional editing, you’ll be creating full videos with AI voiceovers, motion graphics, and compelling visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Video Creation: Produce videos from concept to final delivery using AI and online platforms.
AI Voiceovers: Generate and integrate realistic AI voiceovers that match the brand tone and script intent.
Motion Design & Animation: Create engaging motion graphics, transitions, and animations for diverse formats (social, ads etc.).
Tool Expertise: Use platforms like Gemini Veo 3 and other suitable AI video generation tools
Editing & Post-Production: Cut, refine, color grade, and export videos optimized for web and social channels.
Storyboarding & Scripting Support: Assist in video concept development and storyboarding, provide creative feedback on scripts.
Brand Adherence: Follow brand guidelines for tone, style, visual identity, and pacing in all video deliverables.
Optimization: Ensure videos are optimized for platform specifications (YouTube, Instagram etc.)
Versioning: Create multiple versions of content (e.g., different lengths, aspect ratios).
Collaborate with Paid and content to deliver timely video assets.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical
3–5 years of design experience (startup, brand, or agency).
Strong portfolio showcasing digital video and brand work.
Solid understanding of typography, layout, and color.
Eager to grow in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.
Strong experience with AI-powered video platforms (Gemini Veo 3 or equivalent)
Experience generating realistic AI voiceovers and syncing to motion.
Familiarity with script-to-video workflows and prompt engineering for AI tools.
Knowledge of sound design and audio clean-up.
Creative and Soft Skills
