We are on the hunt for an innovative and skilled Motion Designer to join our team. This role requires expertise in creating dynamic and visually stunning video assets, with a focus on animation and crafting designs using AI-enabled tools and techniques. The ideal candidate is adept at creating compelling motion projects, as well as familiarity with utilizing AI tools and data inputs to craft compelling content generation.
This position will be onsite in our Chennai office and the hours will be 11am-8pm IST
What you will do:
- Design and produce high-quality generative video content for web, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Utilize AI tools and techniques to generate video assets, including animations, illustrations, and effects.
- Integrate generative elements with traditional motion design workflows for seamless and compelling visuals.
- Ability to work with complex data sets and tools, collaborating with development teams to translate them into stunning visuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align video content with brand and campaign goals.
- Experiment with emerging AI technologies to explore new creative possibilities in motion design.
- Build templates and systems to streamline generative video production processes for scalability.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in motion design and generative technologies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in roles like this. The ideal candidate has experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, Video Editor, and a demonstrated track record of utilizing AI tools in their workflows.
- Carry a strong portfolio showcasing generative video and motion design projects.
- Experience with prompt engineering and AI-assisted content creation tools.
- Proficiency with motion design tools such as After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Blender.
- Experience using AI tools such as Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, DALL-E, or similar for video generation.
- Knowledge of video production workflows and best practices.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering to craft precise instructions for AI- generated assets.
- Ability to merge AI-generated content with traditional design to create cohesive results.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and motion principles.
- Familiarity with video optimization for digital platforms, including social media.
What will give you a step up:
- Capable of using standard collaboration tools such as Miro, FigJam, or Mural
- Competent in creating designs in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender or Touch Designer
- Proficient with tools such as Runway ML, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly.
- Familiarity with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro.
- G-Suite and Microsoft Suite
- Comfortable with Confluence, Jira, or Asana for documentation and project tracking
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelors degree in User Experience, Design, or a related field
