- Strong experience in Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, query optimization, database development, and performance tuning)
- Hands-on experience with MSBI (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS)
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and administration
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Experience in production support, incident, problem, and change management
- Retail domain knowledge, with an understanding of retail business processes such as merchandising, inventory management, sales, pricing, promotions, and supply chain operations
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Work in any shifts / locations
Additional Information
- Experience in Java application support, including troubleshooting, monitoring, and production issue resolution.
- Working knowledge of C# and the .NET framework.
- Experience with Cloud DevOps support, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and cloud platform operations (Azure/AWS preferred).
- Hands-on experience in ITIL Incident Management, including incident triage, root cause analysis, and service restoration.
- Working knowledge of Linux administration, shell scripting, and system troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation, task scheduling, and system administration.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and performance management tools.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
