Overall Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects utilizing Microsoft technologies and products, including but not limited to Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, Azure, and .NET
Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to team members in the implementation of Microsoft solutions
Ensure project delivery is in line with the project scope, timeline, and budget
Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Continuously evaluate and enhance Microsoft practices and methodologies to improve delivery efficiency and quality
Skills:
Extensive experience with Microsoft technologies and products, including Dynamics, SharePoint, Azure, and .NET
Strong project management and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of software development methodologies and practices, including Agile and Scrum
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
Experience:
Minimum XX years of experience in Microsoft technologies, including delivery of Microsoft-based projects
Experience in leading and managing projects and teams
Experience in working with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and delivering solutions that meet their needs
Experience in creating and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets
Day-to-Day Activities:
Lead project delivery utilizing Microsoft technologies and products
Provide guidance and support to team members in the implementation of Microsoft solutions
Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Continuously evaluate and enhance Microsoft practices and methodologies
Participate in client and internal meetings and provide status updates on project progress
Ensure project delivery is in line with the project scope, timeline, and budget
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification is a plus
