Responsibilities:
- System Integration and Design:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Murex Datamart solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for data integration and reporting.
- Data Management:
- Oversee the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for Murex Datamart.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of data stored in the Datamart.
- Team Leadership:
- Manage and lead a team of Murex Datamart developers.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
- Technical Expertise:
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in Murex technology and related tools.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Murex Datamart, providing guidance on best practices and optimization.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with business analysts, system architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization:
- Monitor and optimize the performance of Murex Datamart to meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and reporting.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain technical documentation for Murex Datamart processes, configurations, and workflows.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- Several years of hands-on experience with Murex Datamart implementation and management.
- Strong background in data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Murex, SQL, and relevant data modeling tools.
- Knowledge of financial markets and instruments.
- Leadership Skills:
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Communication:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
