Position Summary
The Sales Associate serves as a specialist in the planning and execution of sales operations. Joining forces with internal partners will allow you to support the growth of Aetna membership by leading the development of customer-focused and strategically oriented proposals that focus on financial positioning, product offerings and the Aetna value story. You will be responsible for supporting and developing new business opportunities to ensure profitable customers and help grow the business through consultative selling, issue resolution and superior service.
 

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years in sales, sales support or project management experience.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
  • Must be willing to quickly learn procedures within Salesforce and various reporting requests.
  • Clear communication: thoroughly understands incoming requests and can effectively and immediately communicate any factors that may impact timely completion of delegated requests.
  • Time management: timely execution of tasks with the ability to execute requests based on priority.
  • Collaborative: works well with team members and across departments.
  • Multitask: can manage several requests at a given Time ensuring Clear documentation and execution along with pivoting at a moment’s notice based on RVP need.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce application experience.

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$21.10 - $49.08

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
