Develop and maintain scalable backend applications and RESTful APIs using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, Entity Framework, and LINQ. Troubleshoot production issues, optimize databases, collaborate with frontend, QA, and product teams, and support frontend integrations. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, Agile development, and application enhancements across the technology stack.
We are looking for a skilled .NET Backend Developer with strong experience in developing scalable and reliable backend applications. The primary focus of this role will be on C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, and SQL Server.
Candidates with basic to moderate exposure to frontend technologies such as Angular, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS will be preferred. This is an ideal opportunity for a strong backend developer who has some understanding of full-stack development and can collaborate effectively across both backend and UI layers.
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and services using C#, .NET/.NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and Web APIs.
- Build scalable, secure, and maintainable backend solutions.
- Work with SQL Server, including queries, stored procedures, and database optimization.
- Use Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core and LINQ for data access.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and production issues.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
- Support integration between backend APIs and frontend applications.
- Contribute to application enhancements across the technology stack.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and Agile development activities.
- Follow clean coding practices, design principles, and software development best practices.
- Strong hands-on experience in C# and .NET/.NET Core.
- Good knowledge of ASP.NET Core / ASP.NET MVC.
- Strong experience in REST API / Web API development.
- Good knowledge of SQL Server, Entity Framework, and LINQ.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Exposure to Angular or React.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs.
- Exposure to Azure/AWS, Git, CI/CD, Docker, or microservices is an added advantage.
