Lead growth of the dealership network by developing and executing expansion strategy, identifying and selecting dealer partners, building a sustained prospect pipeline, enabling dealer performance via training and incentives, managing dealer relationships and joint marketing, and providing market intelligence through visits and competitor/customer analysis.
We are looking for an
experienced and dynamic Network Expansion Manager to lead the growth of
our dealership network at DriveX. This role involves developing a
comprehensive network expansion strategy, identifying and selecting new dealers
partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance dealer
performance. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in growing the
company’s footprint and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Network Expansion
Strategy:
- Develop and
execute a strategic plan for network expansion aligned with company growth
targets.
- Analyze market
opportunities, competition, and demand to identify ideal locations for new
dealerships.
- Work with the
executive team to set network expansion goals, budgets, and timelines.
2. Dealer Identification and
Selection:
- Conduct thorough
market research to identify potential dealer partners who match the company’s
values and standards.
- Establish
criteria for dealer selection, evaluating them based on financial stability,
market presence, infrastructure, and capabilities.
- Maintain a steady
pipeline of dealership prospects, ensuring ongoing opportunities for expansion.
3. Dealer Development and
Management:
- Collaborate with
sales, marketing, and operations teams to create dealer development programs,
training, and incentive schemes.
- Provide dealers
with the support and guidance needed to achieve sales targets, improve customer
satisfaction, and execute effective marketing strategies.
4. Relationship Building:
- Serve as the
primary point of contact for dealers, addressing concerns, feedback, and
exploring business development opportunities.
- Collaborate with
dealers on joint marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and
brand-building initiatives.
5. Market Intelligence:
- Stay up to date
on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify
opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Conduct market
visits and gather customer feedback, sharing insights with product development
and marketing teams to inform product improvements and launches.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field. An MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development, network expansion, or dealer management, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
