Installs, configures, monitors, maintains, and troubleshoots network security and switching solutions. Provides customer technical support, resolves connectivity and security issues, documents configurations and solutions, coordinates requirements, and collaborates with internal teams on project execution. Requires hands-on FortiGate and FortiSwitch experience, strong networking fundamentals, troubleshooting ability, communication skills, and willingness to travel locally when needed.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network security and switching solutions.
- Provide technical support for customer network environments.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and security issues.
- Perform routine health checks, monitoring, and maintenance of network devices.
- Coordinate with customers to understand requirements and provide timely resolutions.
- Document technical issues, configurations, and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and support.
- Good hands-on experience with FortiGate, FortiSwitch, technologies.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and firewall concepts.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- CCNA and EPSP certification, and strong hands-on FortiGate Administration skills.
- Willingness to travel locally, if required, for customer support activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
