What you’ll do:

  • Support Aruba products and customers with 3+ years of hands‑on experience.
  • Provide pre‑ and post‑sales design & consulting services to Aruba‑HPE teams, customers, and partners.
  • Own the complete services lifecycle: Plan, Design, Implementation, Migration, Optimization.
    • Plan: Create customer requirement documents and business outcome plans.
    • Design: Draft high‑level and low‑level design documents.
    • Implementation: Prepare installation and network readiness plans.
    • Migration: Develop Method of Procedure (MoP) and validation checks.
    • Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in uptime, operations, and security.
  • Formulate technical and operational action plans to resolve reported issues.
  • Simulate customer designs in lab environments.
  • Contribute to solution development and knowledge base publications.
  • Collaborate effectively with Aruba teams, QA, engineers, and customer stakeholders.
  • Travel to customer sites for consulting, training, and business reviews.
  • Conduct quarterly customer review meetings with technical status updates and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement.

What you need to bring:

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years with Aruba products (IAPs/Controllers, Airwave, ClearPass, Central, Aruba switches). Cisco ISE exposure is a plus.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Authentication protocols (802.1x, RADIUS).
    • Authentication methods (EAP‑PEAP, EAP‑TLS, EAP‑MSCHAPv2).
    • Linux installation/configuration, shell scripting; Docker familiarity preferred.
    • Database concepts (RDBMS, SQL, PostgreSQL).
    • Certificates & encryption (X.509, SSL, symmetric/asymmetric).
    • Network design & implementation skills.
    • AD domains, forests, 2‑way transitive trust.
  • Soft Skills: Strong oral/written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Preferred Plus:
    • Bachelor’s in Computer/Electrical Engineering.
    • Certifications: CCIE, CWNA, ACCP, ACCX, ACMP, ACMX, ACDX, RHEL.
    • Advanced expertise in switching, routing, security.
    • Radius, TACACS, PKI, Captive Portal, Policy Enforcement.
    • SNMP monitoring, AMON troubleshooting.
    • Windows Sysadmin (AD, DC, GPO), LDAP.
    • Cloud (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure).
    • SQL/Postgres, APIs (XML, SOAP, REST, Python).
    • VPN, NAC, Load‑Balancing, L2/L3 protocols, wireless concepts.
