Position Overview


This position is responsible for day-to-day operations of all of the company’s organizational development practices, processes and activities. Reporting to the Global OD Manager, they will collaborate with her and with the global People team to deliver quality programs to all of the company employees globally. They will also integrate and safeguard all of the relevant data and analytics and will assist in operating the OD systems that support the programs.

 Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all operational aspects of the company’s global OD programs including performance management, key talent programs, employee skills training programs, ongoing HR compliance training, and more
  • Data analytics to various training programs using multiple data sources
  • Operate the relevant systems used in performance and OD: Culture Amp, Gallup, LinkedIn Learning, etc.
  • Organize and enable HR information resources and learning modules for the people team and company managers
  • Support OD Manager in researching information and content




Requirements

Qualifications

  • Experience with Excel or any data analysis tools
  • Ability to manage system data, system operations and independent exploration
  • Organized and neat, ability to present information clearly
  • Excellent English skills
  • Academic degree in Social Sciences or other relevant domains
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Advantage: global tech experience, AI knowledge, experience in OD programs and other HR content
