The Techno-Functional Consultant will architect and implement OneStream solutions, bridging financial requirements with technical configurations and ensuring compliance with standards.
The Techno-Functional Consultant is a key role, responsible for architecting and implementing OneStream's Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platform. This role requires a unique blend of financial and technical skills to ensure complex financial requirements are met with robust technical configurations. The consultant will work closely with finance and IT teams, translating business needs into technical solutions, and ensuring compliance with financial standards.

- Lead discovery workshops to understand financial requirements and design scalable OneStream solutions.
- Architect Cube and Dimension structures, supporting corporate and business unit reporting needs.
- Design end-to-end Workflows for a seamless data collection and certification experience.
- Write, debug, and optimize VB.Net Business Rules for complex financial processes.
- Configure OneStream Stage for ETL, including data connectors, SQL transformations, and mapping.
- Build insightful Dashboards and Cube Views for executive-level reporting.
- Ensure financial consolidation and reporting adhere to GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Implement and customize Marketplace solutions to meet specific business requirements.
- Validate financial data for accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Provide technical leadership during UAT, offering knowledge transfer to client admins.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, MBA, or CMA preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in Financial Close & Consolidation or FP&A.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge financial and technical teams.
- Proficiency in VB.Net or C# for OneStream Business Rule development.
- Advanced SQL skills for data management and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with OneStream Marketplace and Metadata management.
- Prior experience with legacy EPM/CPM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to lead and manage projects, with a focus on UAT and client training.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
