Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications, features, and functionality
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical guidance and solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
Requirements:
- Expertise in integration - Whatsapp, message apps, chat, chatbot and voice integration is crucial part of the Service Cloud v2.0 development, and
- Expertise on Case management, tasks, account info, etc. aligned with Service Cloud in Salesforce.
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with experience working as an individual contributor as well as leading/mentoring the team if required.
- Strong expertise in Service Cloud, including Cases, Email Handlers, Omni-Channel, Tasks, Events, and Accounts.
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, and both inbound and outbound integrations.
- Nice to have: Certifications in Admin, PD1, and JS1.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Fluent in English
- Good communication skills
