Role Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, reliable Operations Associate to support the daily workflows across Famous and Amplify. You’ll play a key role in handling inbound requests, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring campaigns move forward smoothly—right from early interest to final delivery.

- Experience Level: 1–2 years in an operational or coordination role
- Location: Remote (India-based preferred)
- Requirements: Must have personal laptop and smartphone

Responsibilities

  • Creator & Brand Coordination

  • Manage inbound questions and requests from creators and brands
  • Route tickets to the right stakeholders (e.g., support, delivery, payments)
  • Ensure timely responses and follow-ups through CRM and support tools

  • Campaign Execution Support

  • Monitor order/campaign progress and ensure deadlines are met
  • Follow up on missing briefs, creator approvals, or pending actions
  • Proactively escalate blockers to ensure smooth delivery

  • Internal Ops & Reporting

  • Maintain up-to-date records in internal dashboards and tools
  • Share daily updates and highlight risks or trends to the ops team
  • Flag repeated issues and help refine internal playbooks

  • Cross-Team Communication

  • Collaborate with POCs from support, delivery, and payments
  • Coordinate handovers between teams to avoid delays or miscommunication

Requirements

  • 1–2 years in operations, support, or coordination roles (marketplace, tech, or media background a plus)
  • Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, ticketing tools, and CRM systems
  • Clear written and verbal communication, with a professional and proactive tone
  • Highly organized, with a bias for action and accountability
  • Reliable internet, work setup, and time management for remote workflows

Good to Have

  • Experience in influencer marketing, creator platforms, or e-commerce
  • Familiarity with Freshdesk, Exotel, CleverTap, or similar tools
  • Understanding of basic delivery operations, KYC processes, or campaign tracking
