Operations Effectiveness Specialist (Expert Ecosystem)

Role Overview:

As an Operations Support Specialist within the Expert Ecosystem team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational needs of the team and ensure consistency across the Medical Affairs global business unit. This position requires a proactive approach to managing daily tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the department. You will report directly to the Associate Director of Strategic Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures
• Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and documentation
• Support project management activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Provide support in the preparation of operational reports and presentations
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members
• Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of solutions

Minimum Required Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in an operational support role, preferably within the life sciences or healthcare industry
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with project management tools and software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
