Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance service delivery. You will engage in continuous improvement initiatives and monitor system performance to meet operational standards, ensuring that all processes align with organizational goals and customer expectations. Your role will also include documenting procedures and providing training to team members to foster a culture of knowledge sharing and operational excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency. - Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Retail Store Operations. - Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes. - Experience with point of sale systems and retail management software. - Ability to analyze operational data to drive decision-making. - Familiarity with customer service best practices in a retail environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Retail Store Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
