Role Overview:
The Operations Executive (ERP) will be responsible for managing ERP-based operations, ensuring accurate data handling, smooth workflow execution, and effective coordination through ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations using ERP systems.
Ensure accurate data entry, validation, and system updates.
Handle invoicing, billing, and basic accounting processes through ERP.
Coordinate with internal teams for ERP-related workflows and issue resolution.
Support ERP implementation, customization, and user assistance.
Generate reports and track operational data using ERP tools.
Ensure compliance with defined processes and workflows.
Maintain ERP documentation and records.
Required Skills & Competencies:
3–4 years of experience in ERP operations/support roles.
Hands-on experience with Zoho applications (Books, CRM, Inventory) and Tally (Tally Prime/ERP).
Strong data management and analytical skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Qualifications:
Graduation in B.SC/BCA/Any Degree or Equivalent
ERP or Tally certification is an added advantage
