The Operations Manager will ensure timely cargo delivery, manage events and vehicle tracking, interact with customers, maintain compliance, and improve operational efficiency while training team members and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely pick up of cargo and delivery without any exception.
- Ensure timely updation of events like PUO, FRD, COB, XMT, DLV, POD’s, AMD, DOP, OSD, PNC
- Ensure COB without any exception & damages.
- Timely departure of LH vehicles & ensuring TAT
- Ensure Control tower tracks the vehicle of Inbound & Outbound vehicles till it reaches destination.
- Ensuring Timely placement of vehicles with committed TAT.
- Taking care of our Cartage for MAA Branch & providing visibility to our internal department.
- Interacting with customers & providing solution for smooth operation.
- Identifying new Service Providers & maintain good relationships .
- Interacting with other districts for smooth operations.
- Ensuring timely RI submission & AP on time.
- Providing White Glove activities as per SOP exception.
- Periodical training for Team members, Service Providers
- Always meet compliance to regulations internal and external in accordance with government regulations.
- Understand department process flow, and looking for best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity
- Ensure all Service Providers SOP in place
- Meet KPI standards in accordance with the Company’s procedures
- Network communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)
- Escalation of problems to Management when necessary
- Promote compliance in diligently following all company policies and regulations and performing the task at hand with outstanding integrity and pride.

The candidate should be Graduate.
- Basic local regulatory knowledge for compliance
- Domestic Logistics Industry knowledge (by road & air)
- Hazardous materials certification (preferred)
Skills:
- Pro-active, strong organizational skills.
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word)
- Fluent in English
- Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.
