Role
The Role
As an Operations Specialist, you will support the daily operations of the FinDox service. You will be part of a global team dedicated to providing top quality service mainly focused on timely, accurate delivery of important investment materials to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update data on FinDox (Octus’ loan document aggregation/compliance service)
- Process high volume of time-sensitive emails
- Ensure data quality and workflow consistency
- Organize virtual files and folders
- Assist with new hire training and updating internal training materials
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Web savvy and strong aptitude with learning new systems and technology
- Experience working in fast-paced environment and/or experience with time-sensitive activities (a plus)
- 1-5 years of work experience
