Plan, design, develop, and deliver Oracle ARCS solutions from requirements gathering through project closure. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions, provide expertise in reconciliation compliance and transaction matching, manage integrations and reconciliation processes, and lead or mentor junior team members. Work independently while managing internal and external stakeholders.

Translate business needs into Technology enabled solutions
Responsible for planning delivery, assess risks, gather requirements, design, development & delivery of Oracle ARCS solutions
Provide functional knowledge and technical expertise in the Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching
Will be expected to play a pivotal role in all activities ranging from requirement gathering till project closure
Will be responsible for the complete solution design using Oracle ARCS
Lead a team and Mentor / supervise junior team members during the project tenure
Work independently on project delivery and manage stakeholders (both internal and external)
Good understanding of Integration, and reconciliation process
