Job Description

Sutherland is seeking a reliable and technical person to join with us as Oracle Cloud HCM technical consultant who has 5+yrs of experiene.

• Work with various teams on the technical architecture/solutioning for the ongoing projects/ enhancements. 
• Be able to estimate and preparing delivery plans and executing them and have experience in driving a team to deliver as per timelines. 
• Experience in Technical design, Build and Test the customizations i.e.; Reports, Integrations Working experience with FBDI, SOAP and REST APIs
• Expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Technical -Payroll Module.
• Completed at least 2-3 full life cycle implementations of HCM Cloud projects with HCM Technical in 2 projects.
• Fast Formula, BI/OTBI, HDL & HSDL, Design Studio and HCM Extract is Mandatory.
• Apart from the above experience, advanced knowledge in OIC, ADF, Java, PaaS, DBCS etc would be an added advantage.
• Need to have consultative skills, and technical knowledge to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills for coordinating across teams.
• Personalization is desirable and Core HR (Basic).
• Certification in Cloud is an advantage.
