The Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant will design, develop, and support Oracle ERP applications, ensuring data quality and adherence to architectural standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
- 5 – 12 years of experience and contribute to the planning, design, development, and support of Oracle ERP applications across Financials modules
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications that align with enterprise architecture and solution design principles.
- Perform application setups across Oracle EBS modules and ensure environments are configured to support operational needs.
- Conduct data validation, cleansing, and auditing activities to maintain system data quality and integrity.
- Work with business users to gather reporting requirements and deliver well-designed, accurate, and user-friendly reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize and optimize system designs.
- Partner with the Oracle Business Solutions team to standardize and unify system design practices, ensuring adherence to organization design and documentation standards.
- Conduct data validation, cleansing, and auditing activities to maintain system data quality and integrity.
- Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
- Provide ongoing production support and troubleshoot system issues.
- Stay current with Oracle AIM methodology, configuration and change-management processes, and project management best practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 6 - 8 years of experience with Oracle ERP R11/R12 (Financials & CRM).
- Hands-on expertise with SLA, Loans, iReceivables.
- Strong understanding of GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Payments, AME, and SLA.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Self-driven and strong coordination skills, able to work independently with technical, functional, and business teams.
- Willing to support extended or off-hours activities when required.
- Familiarity with Oracle AIM/OUM methodologies.
